摘 要
本文旨在探讨幼儿园教育中儿童学习动机不足的原因及其提升策略。首先概述了学习动机的定义、类型及理论基础,并分析了学习动机在幼儿成长中的重要作用,包括促进认知发展、激发情感投入及培养良好行为习惯等方面。接着,深入剖析了当前幼儿园教育中儿童学习动机不足的主要原因,如空间布局不合理、互动性元素缺失、教学方法单一及家庭氛围不佳等。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的提升策略,包括合理规划学习区域、设计富有互动性的游戏、采用多样化的教学方法以及提供针对性的家庭教育指导。通过这些策略的实施,旨在激发儿童的学习兴趣和动力,促进其全面发展。本研究对于改善幼儿园教育质量、提升儿童学习动机具有重要的理论和实践意义,为教育工作者和家长提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the causes of children's insufficient learning motivation in kindergarten education and their promotion strategies. Firstly, the definition, type and theoretical basis of learning motivation are summarized, and the important role of learning motivation in children's growth is analyzed, including promoting cognitive development, stimulating emotional input and cultivating good behavior habits. Then, the main reasons for the lack of children's learning motivation in the current kindergarten education, such as unreasonable spatial layout, lack of interactive elements, single teaching methods and poor family atmosphere. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies, including reasonable planning of learning areas, design of interactive games, adopting diversified teaching methods, and providing targeted family education guidance. Through the implementation of these strategies, it aims to stimulate children's learning interest and motivation and promote their overall development. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of kindergarten education and improving children's learning motivation, and provides useful reference for educators and parents.
