摘 要
本文旨在探讨时间管理能力对儿童自我管理能力发展的影响,并深入剖析幼儿园教育中儿童时间管理能力培养的现状与问题。时间管理能力作为现代人必备的重要素质,对儿童自律性、决策能力和时间利用效率的提升具有显著作用。然而,在幼儿园教育中,儿童时间管理能力的培养存在教学方法单一、目标设定不明确、家园合作不充分以及评价方式单一等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了创新教学方法、明确教育目标、加强家园合作以及建立多元化评价体系等策略,以期提升幼儿园教育中儿童时间管理能力的培养效果。通过本研究,我们期望能为幼儿园教育工作者提供科学的指导,帮助他们在日常教学中更好地培养儿童的时间管理能力,进而促进其自我管理能力的全面发展,为儿童未来的学习和生活奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the influence of time management ability on the development of children's self-management ability, and deeply analyze the current situation and problems of the cultivation of children's time management ability in kindergarten education. As an important quality necessary for modern people, time management ability plays a significant role in the improvement of children's self-discipline, decision-making ability and time use efficiency. However, in kindergarten education, the cultivation of children's time management ability has some problems, such as single teaching method, unclear goal setting, inadequate home cooperation and single evaluation method. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward strategies such as innovating teaching methods, clarifying educational ob jectives, strengthening home cooperation and establishing diversified evaluation system, in order to improve the cultivation effect of children's time management ability in kindergarten education. Through this study, we expect to provide scientific guidance for kindergarten educators, help them to better cultivate children's time management ability in daily teaching, and then promote the comprehensive development of their self-management ability, and lay a solid foundation for children's future study and life.
