摘 要
本文旨在探讨学前儿童自我效能感低下的原因及提升策略。首先概述了自我效能感的定义、特点及理论基础,并分析了自我效能感在增强学前儿童行为动机与坚持性、促进社交技能发展及提升情绪调节能力等方面的重要作用。接着,深入剖析了导致学前儿童自我效能感低下的主要原因,包括活动难度设置不当、活动目标模糊、家庭氛围紧张及教师评价单一化等。在此基础上,本文提出了针对性的提升策略,如灵活调整活动难度以适应儿童能力,明确活动目标以增强儿童成就感,加强家庭沟通以营造积极氛围,以及采用多元化评价标准以全面促进儿童发展。本研究不仅为学前儿童自我效能感的培养提供了理论依据,也为教育工作者和家长提供了实践指导,对推动学前儿童全面发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the causes of low self-efficacy and promotion strategies in preschool children. Firstly, the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of self-efficacy are summarized, and the important role of self-efficacy in enhancing the behavioral motivation and persistence of preschool children, promoting the development of social skills and improving the emotional regulation ability is analyzed. Then, the main reasons for the low self-efficacy of preschool children were deeply analyzed, including the improper difficulty of activity setting, vague activity ob jectives, tight family atmosphere and single teachers' evaluation. On this basis, this paper proposes targeted improvement strategies, such as flexibly adjusting the difficulty of activities to adapt to children's ability, clarifying the activity ob jectives to enhance children's sense of achievement, strengthening family communication to create a positive atmosphere, and adopting diversified evaluation criteria to comprehensively promote children's development. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of self-efficacy among preschool children, but also provides practical guidance for educators and parents, which is important to promoting the overall development of preschool children.
