摘 要
本文旨在探讨学前教育中文化多样性的重要性、缺失原因及提升策略。首先概述了文化多样性的定义、特点及理论基础,进而分析了文化多样性对儿童个体发展的积极影响,包括拓宽认知边界、提升文化敏感性及促进身份认同和自尊心。然而,当前学前教育中文化多样性缺失现象严重,主要归因于过分强调主流文化、单一文化视角、课程体系单一及资源配置不均等问题。针对此现状,本文提出了提升学前教育中文化多样性的具体策略,包括平衡主流与非主流文化、培养跨文化意识、引入多元文化课程体系及优化资源配置等。通过实施这些策略,旨在促进学前教育机构的文化多样性发展,为儿童提供更广阔的认知视野和成长空间,培养具有国际视野和跨文化交流能力的未来人才。本研究对于推动学前教育领域文化多样性的融合与发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the importance, reasons and promotion strategies of cultural diversity in preschool education. Firstly, the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of cultural diversity are summarized, and then the positive impact of cultural diversity on children's individual development is analyzed, including broadening cognitive boundaries, enhancing cultural sensitivity and promoting identity and self-esteem. However, the current lack of cultural diversity in preschool education is serious, mainly due to the excessive emphasis on mainstream culture, single cultural perspective, single curriculum system and unequal allocation of resources. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward specific strategies to improve the cultural diversity in preschool education, including balancing the mainstream and non-mainstream culture, cultivating cross-cultural consciousness, introducing multi-cultural curriculum system and optimizing the allocation of resources. By implementing these strategies, it aims to promote the cultural diversity of preschool education institutions, provide a broader cognitive vision and growth space for children, and cultivate future talents with international vision and cross-cultural communication skills. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the integration and development of cultural diversity in the field of preschool education.
