摘 要
随着全球城市化进程的加速推进,高层建筑作为缓解城市土地紧张、提升城市形象的重要载体,其建设规模持续扩大。然而,高层建筑的建设过程中,深基坑支护施工成为关键技术环节之一,其质量和安全性直接关系到整个工程的顺利进行及周边环境的安全。深基坑支护不仅需应对复杂多变的地质条件,还需确保邻近建筑物和地下管线的安全,同时减少施工对周边环境的干扰。当前,尽管深基坑支护技术已取得显著进展,但仍面临设计标准不统一、施工技术参差不齐、地质条件复杂多变等挑战。因此,本文旨在探讨高层建筑深基坑支护施工中的关键挑战,并提出相应的解决对策。首先,概述了高层建筑深基坑支护施工的研究背景和意义,指出其在城市化进程中的重要性和面临的挑战。随后,分析了当前深基坑支护施工中存在的主要问题,包括支护结构设计不足、施工技术与方法问题、地质条件复杂性问题以及周边环境保护问题等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化支护结构设计、改进施工技术与方法、加强地质条件适应性以及加强周边环境保护等对策,以期为提高高层建筑深基坑支护施工水平提供理论支持和实践指导。通过本研究,有助于推动深基坑支护技术的创新与发展,为城市高层建筑的安全建设提供有力保障。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the global urbanization process, the construction scale of high-rise buildings, as an important carrier to relieve the urban land tension and improve the urban image, continues to expand. However, in the construction process of high-rise buildings, the construction of deep foundation pit support has become one of the key technical links, and its quality and safety are directly related to the smooth progress of the whole project and the safety of the surrounding environment. Deep foundation pit support not only needs to deal with the complex and changeable geological conditions, but also needs to ensure the safety of adjacent buildings and underground pipelines, and reduce the interference of construction to the surrounding environment. At present, although the deep foundation pit support technology has made significant progress, it is still faced with challenges such as inconsistent design standards, uneven construction technology, and complex and changeable geological conditions. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the key challenges in the construction of deep foundation pit support of high-rise buildings and propose corresponding solutions. Firstly, it summarizes the research background and significance of deep foundation pit support construction of high-rise buildings, and points out its importance and challenges in the process of urbanization. Then, we analyzed the main problems in the supporting construction of deep foundation pit, including the lack of supporting structure design, the construction technology and method problems, the complexity of geological conditions and the surrounding environmental protection problems. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as optimizing the design of supporting structure, improving the construction technology and method, strengthening the adaptability of geological conditions and strengthening the protection of surrounding environment, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the construction level of deep foundation pit support of high-rise buildings. Through this study, it is helpful to promote the innovation and development of deep foundation pit support technology, and to provide a strong guarantee for the safety construction of urban high-rise buildings.
