摘 要
本文围绕小学生课外辅导现象展开研究,首先概述了课外辅导的定义、特点及分类,明确了其作为教育补充形式的重要性。接着,文章探讨了课外辅导对小学生学习的影响,指出其增加了学生的学习压力与负担,限制了自主学习和团队协作能力的发展。进一步地,文章深入分析了小学生依赖课外辅导的深层原因,包括教育资源稀缺、应试教育压力、课程设置单一以及学习兴趣不足等。最后,针对这些问题,本文提出了优化小学生依赖课外辅导的策略,包括优化教育资源配置、建立正确的考试观念、优化课程结构以及丰富教学手段。通过这些策略的实施,旨在减轻小学生的课外学习负担,促进其全面发展,为构建更加健康、公平、高效的教育环境提供理论参考和实践指导。本研究对于理解当前教育生态、解决教育资源分配不均等问题具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the phenomenon of primary school students. It first summarizes the definition, characteristics and classification of after-school tutoring, and clarifies its importance as a supplementary form of education. Then, the article discusses the influence of extracurricular tutoring on pupils' learning, pointing out that it increases the learning pressure and burden of students, and limits the development of independent learning and teamwork ability. Furthermore, the paper deeply analyzes the deep reasons of primary school students' dependence on after-school tutoring, including the scarcity of educational resources, the pressure of exam-oriented education, the single curriculum and the lack of interest in learning. Finally, in view of these problems, this paper proposes the strategy of optimizing the primary school students' dependence on extracurricular tutoring, including optimizing the allocation of educational resources, establishing the correct examination concept, optimizing the curriculum structure and enriching the teaching means. Through the implementation of these strategies, it aims to reduce the extracurricular learning burden of primary school students, promote their comprehensive development, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of a more healthy, fair and efficient educational environment. This study is important for understanding the current educational ecology and addressing the problems of unequal distribution of educational resources.
