摘 要
本文探讨了保险公司产品创新的重要性及其面临的挑战与对策。产品创新作为保险公司提升竞争力的关键,对于满足多元化市场需求、促进保险行业可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,当前保险公司产品创新存在培养体系不完善、长期规划不足、资金短缺及市场反应迟钝等问题。为解决这些难题,本文提出完善培训体系、制定长期发展战略、多元化融资渠道以及扁平化管理市场结构等对策。这些措施旨在提升保险公司的自主创新能力,推动其推出更多符合市场需求、具有竞争力的保险产品,从而增强市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。本研究对于指导保险公司产品创新实践、促进保险行业健康发展具有参考价值。

Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of product innovation and its challenges and countermeasures. As the key for insurance companies to enhance their competitiveness, product innovation is of great significance to meeting the diversified market needs and promoting the sustainable development of the insurance industry. However, the current product innovation of insurance companies has some problems, such as imperfect training system, insufficient long-term planning, shortage of funds and slow market response. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures such as improving the training system, formulating the long-term development strategy, providing diversified financing channels and flattening the management market structure. These measures are aimed to enhance the independent innovation ability of insurance companies and promote them to launch more competitive insurance products in line with the market demand, so as to enhance the market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. This study has reference value for guiding the product innovation practice of insurance companies and promoting the healthy development of the insurance industry
