摘 要
随着互联网的普及和电子商务的迅猛发展,网络购物已成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。电子商务以其便捷性、多样性和高效性赢得了广大消费者的青睐。然而,在电子商务的繁荣背后,消费者权益保护问题日益凸显。商品信息不对称、消费者隐私权保护不足、售后服务与退换货困难以及法律保护机制不健全等问题,严重侵害了消费者的合法权益,阻碍了电子商务的健康发展。因此,研究电子商务中消费者权益保护问题及其对策,对于维护市场秩序、保障消费者权益、促进电子商务可持续发展具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨电子商务环境下消费者权益保护的现状与问题,并提出相应的对策。通过分析电子商务的发展趋势、消费者权益保护的基本理论以及当前存在的问题,本文提出了加强商品信息透明度、建立真实广告监管机制、提高商品描述准确性、强化消费者隐私保护、完善个人信息保护政策、加强数据安全管理措施、优化售后服务流程、简化退换货程序、提升售后服务效率以及完善法律保护框架等对策。本文的研究不仅有助于解决当前电子商务中消费者权益保护的突出问题,也为未来电子商务的健康发展提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping has become an indispensable part of People's Daily life. E-commerce has won the favor of the majority of consumers with its convenience, diversity and high efficiency. However, behind the prosperity of e-commerce, the protection of consumer rights and interests has become increasingly prominent. Problems such as commodity information asymmetry, insufficient protection of consumers' privacy rights, difficulties in after-sales service and return and exchange, and imperfect legal protection mechanism seriously infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and hinder the healthy development of e-commerce. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the protection of consumers' rights and interests and their countermeasures in e-commerce to maintain the market order, protect the rights and interests of consumers and promote the sustainable development of e-commerce. This paper aims to discuss the current situation and problems of consumer rights protection in e-commerce environment, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Based on the analysis of the development trend of e-commerce, the basic theory of consumer rights and interests protection and the existing problems, this paper proposes to strengthen the commodity information transparency, establish real advertising supervision mechanism, improve the accuracy of commodity desc ription, strengthen consumer privacy protection, improve the personal information protection policy, strengthen data security management measures, optimize the after-sales service process, simplify the exchange procedures, improve the efficiency of after-sales service, and improve the legal protection fr amework. The research in this paper not only helps to solve the outstanding problems of consumer rights protection in the current e-commerce, but also provides a useful reference for the healthy development of e-commerce in the future.
