农村散养黄牛养殖存在的问题和对策
摘 要
随着我国农村经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高，农村散养黄牛养殖作为传统畜牧业的重要组成部分，面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。通过梳理畜牧业经济学理论、动物营养与饲养学以及兽医卫生与疾病防控等相关理论，为分析农村散养黄牛养殖问题提供理论支撑。随后，本文详细阐述了农村散养黄牛养殖在养殖技术、疾病防控、市场营销及政策支持与服务体系等方面存在的主要问题，包括饲养管理不规范、繁殖技术落后、防疫意识淡薄、疫情监测与应急处理机制不健全、信息不对称、销售渠道单一、政策扶持力度不够及技术指导与服务不到位等。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的解决对策，包括推广科学饲养管理技术、引进和培育优良品种、提高防疫意识、完善疫情监测与应急处理机制、加强市场信息建设、多元化销售渠道、加大政策扶持力度及强化技术指导与服务等，以期为农村散养黄牛养殖的可持续发展提供实践指导。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF RURAL FREE-RANGE YELLOW CATTLE BREEDING
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's rural economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the rural free-range yellow cattle breeding, as an important part of the traditional animal husbandry, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Through sorting out the related theories of animal husbandry economics, animal nutrition and feeding, veterinary health and disease prevention and control, it provides theoretical support for the analysis of rural free-range cattle breeding problems. Subsequently, this paper elaborated the rural free-range cattle breeding in breeding technology, disease prevention and control, marketing and policy support and service system of the main problems, including breeding management, breeding technology backward, epidemic prevention consciousness, epidemic monitoring and emergency response mechanism is not sound, information asymmetry, single sales channels, insufficient policy support and technical guidance and service does not reach the designated position, etc. For these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including the promotion of scientific breeding management technology, introduce and cultivate good varieties, improve epidemic prevention awareness, improve the epidemic monitoring and emergency response mechanism, strengthen the construction of market information, diversified sales channels, strengthen policy support and strengthen technical guidance and service, etc., in order to provide practical guidance for the sustainable development of rural free-range cattle breeding.
