猪养殖中猪蓝耳病的预防与治疗对策
摘 要
猪蓝耳病作为一种高度传染性的猪病毒性疾病，对全球养猪业构成了严重威胁。近年来，随着养猪规模的扩大和养殖密度的增加，猪蓝耳病的发病率呈上升趋势，给养猪业带来了巨大的经济损失。本研究旨在探讨猪养殖中猪蓝耳病的预防与治疗对策。首先，通过概述猪蓝耳病的病原学、免疫学基础和病原检测与诊断技术，为后续研究奠定了理论基础。接着，从降低发病率与死亡率、提高猪群整体健康水平、提高生产效率与市场竞争力以及保障食品安全与公共卫生等方面，阐述了猪蓝耳病预防的重要性。在此基础上，本研究提出了包括饲养环境管理、饲养密度与饲料管理、生物安全体系构建以及免疫接种与监测在内的多项预防措施，并详细分析了药物治疗、液体疗法与支持性治疗、免疫调节与辅助治疗以及隔离与康复管理等治疗措施。

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT COUNTERMEASURES OF PIG BLUE-EAR DISEASE IN PIG BREEDING
ABSTRACT
As a highly contagious swine viral disease, swine blue ear disease poses a serious threat to the global pig industry. In recent years, with the expansion of pig breeding scale and breeding density, the incidence of blue ear disease is increasing, bringing great economic losses to the pig industry. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevention and therapeutic countermeasures of blue ear disease in pig breeding. First, we summarized the etiology, immunological basis and pathogen detection and diagnosis techniques for the subsequent research. Then, the importance of blue ear disease prevention is expounded from the aspects of reducing morbidity and mortality, improving the overall health level of pigs, improving production efficiency and market competitiveness, and ensuring food safety and public health. On this basis, this study proposed several preventive measures, including feeding environment management, feeding density and feed management, biological safety system construction, and immunization and monitoring, and analyzed the drug therapy, liquid therapy and supportive therapy, immune regulation and adjuvant therapy, and isolation and rehabilitation management.
