城市隧道施工对环境的影响与防治措施

摘要

随着城市化进程的加快,城市人口密集度不断增加,交通拥堵问题日益严峻。为缓解交通压力,提升城市运行效率,城市隧道作为重要的基础设施建设项目,在全球范围内得到了广泛应用。然而,隧道施工不仅技术复杂,还伴随着一系列的环境影响问题。爆破施工带来的噪音、振动和粉尘污染,水文地质条件的变化对地下水资源的潜在威胁,生态环境的破坏以及社会生活环境的干扰,都成为了隧道建设中亟待解决的问题。本文旨在探讨城市隧道施工对环境的综合影响,并提出相应的防治策略。首先,概述了隧道施工的基本原理、环境影响评估理论及可持续发展理论,为后续分析提供了理论基础。接着,从爆破施工、水文地质条件、生态环境以及社会生活环境四个方面,详细分析了城市隧道施工对环境的具体影响。针对爆破施工,提出了合理选择爆破技术与参数、建立爆破震动监测与预警系统等防治措施;在水文地质保护方面,强调了地下水位监测与调控、水质保护与水源地保护的重要性;在生态环境保护上,注重施工区域植被保护与恢复、生物多样性保护与生态补偿机制的建立;同时,针对社会生活环境的影响,提出了噪音控制与降噪措施、粉尘治理与空气净化等对策。

Abstract

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the urban population density is increasing, and the problem of traffic congestion is increasingly serious. In order to relieve traffic pressure and improve urban operation efficiency, urban tunnel, as an important infrastructure construction project, has been widely used in the world. However, tunnel construction is not only technically complex, but also accompanied by a series of environmental impacts. The noise, vibration and dust pollution caused by blasting construction, the potential threat of groundwater resources from hydrogeological conditions change, the damage of ecological environment and the interference of social living environment have all become urgent problems to be solved in tunnel construction. The paper aims to explore the comprehensive impact of urban tunnel construction on the environment and propose corresponding prevention and control strategies. Firstly, the basic principles of tunnel construction, environmental impact assessment theory and sustainable development theory are summarized, which provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis. Then, from the four aspects of blasting construction, hydrogeological conditions, ecological environment and social living environment, the specific impact of urban tunnel construction on the environment is analyzed in detail. The blasting vibration monitoring and sound early warning system; in hydrogeological protection, the importance of underground water level monitoring and regulation, water quality protection and water source protection, vegetation protection and restoration, biodiversity protection and ecological compensation mechanism in the ecological environment protection; and the countermeasures of noise control and noise reduction, dust control and air purification according to the influence of social living environment.
