摘 要
文旨在全面探讨BIM技术在建筑工程施工过程中的应用,包括施工前、施工过程中和施工后三个阶段。研究首先概述了BIM技术的定义、特点、发展历程及其在建筑行业的应用范围,并介绍了常用的BIM软件及其功能与特点。详细分析了BIM技术在建筑工程施工前、过程中和后期的具体应用。在施工前,BIM技术应用于项目规划与方案设计、工程量计算与预算、施工组织设计以及施工技术交底与培训等环节;在施工过程中,BIM技术则用于施工现场布置与管理、施工进度控制、质量控制与安全管理以及协调与沟通等方面;在施工后,BIM技术为工程竣工验收、运营与维护管理、项目总结与反馈以及后期服务与技术支持提供了有力支持。通过本文的研究,可以更加全面地了解BIM技术在建筑工程施工中的作用和价值,为未来的实践提供参考和指导。

Abstract
The paper aims to comprehensively explore the application of BIM technology in the construction process, including three stages before the construction, during the construction process and after the construction. The study first summarizes the definition, characteristics, development process and application scope in the construction industry, and introduces the commonly used BIM software and its functions and features. The specific application of BIM technology before, during and after construction engineering is analyzed in detail. Before construction, BIM technology is applied to project planning and scheme design, quantity calculation and budget, construction organization design and construction technology disclosure and training; During construction process, BIM technology is used for construction site layout and management, construction schedule control, quality control and safety management and coordination and communication; After construction, BIM technology provides strong support for project completion acceptance, operation and maintenance management, project summary and feedback and later service and technical support. Through the research of this paper, we can more comprehensively understand the role and value of BIM technology in construction engineering construction, and provide reference and guidance for future practice.
