摘 要
本文探讨了网络招聘在现代企业中的重要性及其面临的信息不对称问题。网络招聘以其高效、低成本和渠道广泛的特点,成为企业招聘的主要方式。然而,企业在网络招聘中的美化包装、应聘者的夸大包装以及信息披露的限制,导致了信息不对称问题的出现。这种信息不对称不仅影响了招聘的准确性和效率,还可能引发信任危机。为解决这一问题,本文提出了倡导诚信招聘、加强简历审查和提高信息透明度等对策。这些对策旨在提升企业与求职者之间的信息透明度,促进双方更加精准、高效地匹配,从而为企业吸引并留住优秀人才提供有力支持。

Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of online recruitment in modern enterprises and its information asymmetry problem. Network recruitment, with its high efficiency, low cost and extensive channels characteristics, has become the main way of enterprise recruitment. However, the beautification and packaging of enterprises in the network recruitment, the exaggerated packaging of the applicants and the restriction of information disclosure lead to the problem of information asymmetry. This information asymmetry not only affects the accuracy and efficiency of recruitment, but also may trigger a crisis of confidence. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of advocating honest recruitment, strengthening resume review and improving information transparency. These countermeasures aim to improve the transparency of information between enterprises and job seekers, and promote more accurate and efficient matching between the two sides, so as to provide strong support for enterprises to attract and retain excellent talents.
