摘 要
随着新媒体的迅猛发展,其独特的传播方式和广泛的覆盖范围为企业家个人品牌形象的构建提供了前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文分析了新媒体对企业家个人品牌的传播作用、塑造影响及互动性,详细阐述了企业家个人品牌构建的核心要素,为品牌形象构建提供了全面的框架。在探讨企业家个人品牌形象构建的过程中,本文揭示了当前存在的诸多问题,如形象定位模糊、内容质量参差不齐、受众参与度低以及风险管理不当等。针对这些问题,本文提出了具体的对策与建议,包括明确形象定位以建立独特的个人品牌标识、提升内容质量以提供有深度、有价值的信息、加强受众互动以建立稳固的粉丝基础,以及完善风险管理以应对潜在的信息安全与负面信息挑战。本文旨在为企业家在新媒体时代下有效构建个人品牌形象提供理论支持与实践指导,助力企业家在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,塑造具有独特魅力和广泛影响力的个人品牌。

Abstract
With the rapid development of new media, its unique mode of communication and wide coverage provide unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the construction of entrepreneurs' personal brand image. This paper analyzes the communication function, shaping influence and interaction of new media on entrepreneurs' personal brand, elaborates the core elements of entrepreneurs' personal brand construction, and provides a comprehensive fr amework for brand image construction. In the process of exploring the construction of entrepreneurs' personal brand image, this paper reveals many existing problems, such as fuzzy image positioning, uneven content quality, low audience participation and improper risk management. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, including clear image positioning to build unique personal brand identity, improve content quality to provide in-depth and valuable information, strengthen audience interaction to build a solid fan base, and improve risk management to deal with potential information security and negative information challenges. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for entrepreneurs to effectively build personal brand image in the era of new media, help entrepreneurs stand out in the fierce market competition, and build personal brands with unique charm and extensive influence.
