摘 要
本文深入探讨了企业数字化转型对管理模式产生的深远影响,并分析了在转型过程中面临的管理挑战及应对策略。详细分析了数字化转型对管理模式的直接影响,包括组织结构的扁平化与灵活化、决策过程的智能化与数据驱动、运营模式的创新与效率提升,以及间接影响如员工技能转型、企业文化创新氛围构建和客户体验优化等。然而,企业在数字化转型过程中也面临诸多管理问题,如管理模式滞后、数据管理能力不足、组织架构不适应和数字化人才短缺等。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策,包括创新管理模式、引入敏捷管理和精益管理等新理念;提升数据管理能力,加强数据收集与分析;优化组织架构,推行扁平化、网络化结构;以及培养与引进数字化人才,建立健全的人才培养与激励机制。本文的研究不仅揭示了企业数字化转型对管理模式的深刻影响,还为企业在转型过程中优化管理模式、提升竞争力提供了有益的参考与指导。

Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the profound impact of enterprise digital transformation on management mode, and analyzes the management challenges faced in the transformation process and the coping strategies. The direct impact of digital transformation on management mode is analyzed in detail, including the flattening and flexibility of organizational structure, the intelligent and data-driven decision-making process, the innovation and efficiency improvement of operation mode, and the indirect impact such as the transformation of employee skills, the construction of corporate culture innovation atmosphere and the optimization of customer experience. However, in the process of digital transformation, enterprises are also faced with many management problems, such as lagging management mode, insufficient data management ability, inadequate organizational structure and digital talent shortage.
