摘 要
本研究通过深入剖析环境保护法在可持续发展中的角色，探讨了环境保护法的法律框架及其在可持续发展中的作用，分析了当前面临的挑战，并提出了优化策略。环境保护法作为环境保护的法制保障，其立法目标和基本原则体现了对自然资源的保护、环境污染的控制以及生态系统的维护。在可持续发展的背景下，环境保护法发挥着至关重要的作用，它通过对自然资源的合理利用、环境污染的有效控制以及生态系统的科学维护，为可持续发展提供了坚实的法律支撑。环境保护法在可持续发展中也面临着诸多挑战，如经济发展与环境保护的冲突、法律执行不力、公众环保意识不足以及技术与资金限制等。为了应对这些挑战，本研究提出了建立绿色经济体系、强化法律执行与监督、提高公众参与度以及增加技术和资金支持的优化策略。通过这些策略的实施，可以进一步发挥环境保护法在可持续发展中的作用，推动绿色经济与环保法规的良性互动，实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢。本研究还探讨了法律手段下的环境影响评估制度，强调了环境影响评估在可持续发展中的重要性。通过环境影响评估的执行与监督，可以确保环境保护法的有效实施，为可持续发展提供更加科学、合理的决策依据。本研究旨在深入探讨环境保护法在可持续发展中的角色，为完善我国的环境保护法律体系、推动可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This study deeply analyzes the role of environmental protection law in sustainable development, explores the legal fr amework of environmental protection law and its role in sustainable development, analyzes the current challenges, and proposes optimization strategies. As the legal guarantee of environmental protection, the legislative ob jectives and basic principles of the environmental protection law reflect the protection of natural resources, the control of environmental pollution and the maintenance of the ecosystem. In the context of sustainable development, environmental protection law plays a vital role. It provides a solid legal support for sustainable development through the rational utilization of natural resources, the effective control of environmental pollution and the scientific maintenance of the ecosystem. Environmental protection law also faces many challenges in sustainable development, such as the conflict between economic development and environmental protection, ineffective enforcement of laws, insufficient public awareness of environmental protection, and technical and financial restrictions. To address these challenges, this study proposes optimized strategies for establishing a green economy system, strengthening law enforcement and supervision, increasing public participation, and increasing technical and financial support. Through the implementation of these strategies, the role of environmental protection law in sustainable development can be further played, the benign interaction between green economy and environmental protection regulations can be promoted, and the win-win situation between economic development and environmental protection can be achieved. This study also explored the EIE system under legal means, emphasizing the importance of EIE in sustainable development. Through the implementation and supervision of the environmental impact assessment, it can ensure the effective implementation of the environmental protection law, and provide a more scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for the sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of environmental protection law in sustainable development, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the environmental protection legal system and promoting sustainable development in China.
