摘 要
本文通过深入研究自由贸易区与区域经济一体化的关系，首先界定了自由贸易区和区域经济一体化的概念，并详细分析了自由贸易区的特点以及区域经济一体化的定义和类型。随后，探讨了自由贸易区作为区域经济一体化平台的作用，以及在推动区域经济一体化中的具体影响。研究发现，自由贸易区通过提高贸易自由度与效率、促进生产要素的自由流动、优化区域经济结构与分工、增加投资与技术转移等方式，对区域经济一体化产生了积极影响。自由贸易区在推动区域经济一体化的过程中也面临着一些挑战，如经济发展水平差异、产业结构调整压力、政策协调难度以及非成员国的排斥效应等。为了克服这些挑战，本文提出了建立补偿机制、产业升级与转型支持、加强政策和法规的协调以及扩大区域合作等对策。自由贸易区作为推动区域经济一体化的重要平台，其在促进区域经济发展、优化资源配置、提高经济效率等方面发挥着重要作用。本文旨在通过全面分析自由贸易区对区域经济一体化的影响及挑战，为制定相关政策和措施提供参考和借鉴，以进一步推动区域经济一体化的深入发展。

Abstract
By studying the relationship of free trade zone and regional economic integration, this paper first defines the concept of free trade zone and regional economic integration, and analyzes the characteristics of free trade zone and the definition and type of regional economic integration. Subsequently, the role of free trade area as a platform of regional economic integration and the specific influence in promoting regional economic integration are discussed. It is found that free trade zones have had a positive impact on regional economic integration by improving the freedom and efficiency of trade, promoting the free flow of production factors, optimizing regional economic structure and division of labor, and increasing investment and technology transfer. In the process of promoting regional economic integration, the free trade zone also faces some challenges, such as the difference in economic development level, the pressure of industrial structure adjustment, the difficulty of policy coordination and the exclusion effect of non-member states. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes countermeasures such as establishing a compensation mechanism, industrial upgrading and transformation support, strengthening the coordination of policies and regulations, and expanding regional cooperation. As an important platform to promote regional economic integration, the free trade zone plays an important role in promoting regional economic development, optimizing resource allocation and improving economic efficiency. This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the impact and challenges of free trade zones on regional economic integration, and provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies and measures, so as to further promote the in-depth development of regional economic integration.
