国际贸易中的金融支持体系构建与优化
摘 要
随着全球化进程的深入推进，国际贸易规模持续扩大，金融支持体系作为保障贸易稳定运行的核心机制，其构建与优化已成为学术界和实务界的关注焦点。本研究旨在探讨当前国际贸易中金融支持体系的现状及其存在的问题，并提出针对性的优化方案。通过文献分析、案例研究及实证检验相结合的方法，本文系统梳理了国际贸易金融支持体系的关键构成要素，包括融资渠道、风险管理和政策协调等方面。研究发现，现有体系在跨境支付效率、中小企业融资可得性以及风险管理能力等方面存在明显不足。基于此，本文创新性地提出了多层次、多主体协同的金融支持框架，强调金融科技的应用与国际合作的深化。该框架不仅提升了贸易融资的可及性和便利性，还有效降低了交易过程中的不确定性风险。研究表明，优化后的金融支持体系能够显著促进国际贸易的可持续发展，为相关决策者提供了理论依据和实践指导，同时对推动全球贸易治理体系现代化具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
With the deepening of globalization, the scale of international trade continues to expand, and the financial support system, as a core mechanism ensuring the stable operation of trade, has become a focal point of both academic research and practical application. This study aims to examine the current status of the financial support system in international trade, identify its existing problems, and propose targeted optimization strategies. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and empirical testing, this paper systematically reviews the key components of the international trade financial support system, including financing channels, risk management, and policy coordination. The findings reveal significant deficiencies in the current system, particularly in terms of cross-border payment efficiency, accessibility of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and risk management capabilities. In response, this paper innovatively proposes a multi-level, multi-stakeholder collaborative financial support fr amework that emphasizes the application of financial technology and the deepening of international cooperation. This fr amework not only enhances the accessibility and convenience of trade finance but also effectively reduces uncertainty risks during transactions. The study demonstrates that the optimized financial support system can significantly promote the sustainable development of international trade, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for relevant decision-makers, while also offering important reference value for advancing the modernization of the global trade governance system.

Abstract
