摘 要
本文聚焦于包容型领导风格对企业新生代员工创新行为的影响机制,旨在揭示包容性领导在激发员工创新潜能、构建积极创新环境方面的重要作用。通过综述包容型领导的定义、特征及其与其他领导风格的比较,本文阐明了包容型领导的核心价值与独特功能。深入分析了企业员工创新行为的概念、动机、类型、层次及其测量方法,重点探讨了包容型领导如何通过激发员工创新意愿、提供创新资源与支持、鼓励创意表达与合作交流等机制,直接影响并促进员工的创新行为。本文还关注了包容型领导在设定创新目标、提供创新指导、塑造企业创新文化等方面的作用,强调了其在构建开放、包容、创新型企业环境中的关键作用。本文提出了包容型领导风格的培养与实践策略,包括明确核心价值、建立沟通机制、塑造行为模式及优化实践环境等,为企业领导者提供了具体的操作指南。本研究不仅丰富了领导风格与员工创新行为关系的理论视角,也为企业实践提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership style on the innovation behavior of the new generation of employees, aiming to reveal the important role of inclusive leadership in stimulating employees' innovation potential and building a positive innovation environment. By summarizing the definition and characteristics of inclusive leadership and comparing it with other leadership styles, this paper illustrates the core values and unique functions of inclusive leadership. This paper deeply analyzes the concept, motivation, types, levels and measurement methods of employees' innovative behavior, and focuses on how inclusive leadership directly influences and promotes employees' innovative behavior by stimulating employees' innovative willingness, providing innovative resources and support, encouraging creative ex pression and cooperation and communication. This paper also focuses on the role of inclusive leadership in setting innovation goals, providing innovation guidance, and shaping enterprise innovation culture, and emphasizes its key role in building an open, inclusive and innovative enterprise environment. This paper puts forward the cultivation and practice strategies of inclusive leadership style, including clarifying core values, establishing communication mechanism, shaping behavior pattern and optimizing practice environment, etc., and provides specific operational guidelines for enterprise leaders. This study not only enriches the theoretical perspective of the relationship between leadership style and employee innovation behavior, but also provides a valuable reference for enterprise practice.
