高校思政课实践教学模式改革与创新研究

摘 要:本文全面而深入地探讨了高校思政课实践教学模式的改革与创新问题,旨在应对新时代教育发展的挑战,提升思政课教学的质量与效果。文章首先分析了当前教育改革与思政课之间的紧密联系,指出实践教学模式在思政教育中的重要性,并梳理了国内外相关的理论与实践经验,为后续的探讨提供了坚实的理论基础。接着,本文详细剖析了当前高校思政课实践教学模式存在的多方面不足,包括教师资源短缺、经费支持有限、实践基地匮乏以及评价体系不完善等问题,这些问题严重制约了思政课实践教学的有效开展。针对上述问题,本文提出了一系列创新策略。首先,强调加强师资队伍建设与培训,明确师资队伍建设的目标定位,加强思政教师专业化培养与考核,并建立持续性的师资培训体系。其次,提出增加经费投入与资源整合,明确经费使用计划与目标,探索多元经费筹措渠道,并加强实践教学资源的整合与共享。再次,建议扩展实践教学基地,明确基地发展目标与定位,探索校企合作共建实践教学基地的模式,并进行合理的选址与条件评估。最后,完善实践教学评价体系,制定科学的评价指标体系,确保评价过程的多元参与和客观性,以及评价内容的全面性和细致性。

Abstract:This paper comprehensively and deeply discusses the reform and innovation of practical teaching mode of ideological and political course in colleges and universities, aiming at coping with the challenge of education development in the new era and improving the quality and effect of ideological and political course teaching. This paper first analyzes the close relationship between the current education reform and ideological and political courses, points out the importance of practical teaching mode in ideological and political education, and combs the relevant theories and practical experience at home and abroad, which provides a solid theoretical basis for the subsequent discussion. Then, this paper analyzes in detail the shortcomings of the current practical teaching mode of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, including the shortage of teacher resources, limited financial support, lack of practice base and imperfect evaluation system, which seriously restrict the effective development of practical teaching of ideological and political courses. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a series of innovative strategies. First of all, it emphasizes strengthening the construction and training of teachers, clarifying the target orientation of the construction of teachers, strengthening the professional training and assessment of ideological and political teachers, and establishing a continuous teacher training system. Secondly, it proposes to increase funding investment and resource integration, clarify fund use plans and ob jectives, explore multiple funding channels, and strengthen the integration and sharing of practical teaching resources. Thirdly, it is suggested to expand the practice teaching base, clarify the development goals and positioning of the base, explore the mode of school-enterprise cooperation to build the practice teaching base, and carry out reasonable site selection and condition evaluation. Finally, we should improve the evaluation system of practical teaching, formulate a scientific evaluation index system, and ensure the multiple participation and ob jectivity of the evaluation process, as well as the comprehensiveness and meticulousness of the evaluation content.
