摘 要:本文全面探讨了新时代背景下高校思想政治教育工作队伍的建设现状、存在问题及应对策略。首先,通过文献综述和实证分析,揭示了当前高校在思政教育队伍建设方面的基本情况,包括教师数量与高校发展的匹配程度、教师的专业能力与素质要求,以及队伍的多元化构成与特色发展。然而,研究也指出了一系列亟待解决的问题,如师资力量不足导致的教师数量短缺和质量参差不齐、教师职责不明确造成的专业背景复杂和高学历、高职称教师比例偏低、队伍结构不合理引发的职责模糊和社会地位认同感低,以及教师职业发展和激励机制不完善导致的职业发展路径不清晰和激励机制不健全。针对上述问题,本文深入剖析了其原因,并提出了相应的建设策略。策略包括通过增加教师编制和提升教师质量来增强师资力量;通过明确职责定位和提升社会认同来增强教师的社会地位和职业荣誉感;通过明确专业背景和构建梯次结构来优化队伍结构,促进专业化发展;以及通过完善薪酬体系和拓宽晋升渠道来完善激励机制,激发教师的工作热情和创造力。这些策略旨在构建一个适应新时代要求、具备高度专业素养和创新能力的高校思想政治教育工作队伍,为培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才贡献力量。

Research on the construction of ideological and political education team in colleges and universities in the new era

Abstract:This paper discusses the current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of ideological and political education team construction in colleges and universities under the background of the new era. Firstly, through literature review and empirical analysis, this paper reveals the basic situation of the current ideological and political education team construction in colleges and universities, including the matching degree between the number of teachers and the development of colleges and universities, the professional ability and quality requirements of teachers, as well as the diversified composition and characteristic development of the team. However, the research also points out a series of problems that need to be solved, such as the shortage and uneven quality of teachers caused by insufficient teachers, the complex professional background and high education caused by unclear teachers' responsibilities, the low proportion of teachers with high professional titles, the fuzzy responsibilities and low sense of social status caused by unreasonable team structure, and the lack of recognition of social status. And the career development path and incentive mechanism of teachers are not clear and the incentive mechanism is not perfect. In view of the above problems, this paper deeply analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the corresponding construction strategies. Strategies include strengthening teachers by increasing the number of teachers and improving their quality; To enhance teachers' social status and sense of professional honor by clarifying their responsibilities and enhancing social identity; To optimize the team structure and promote the professional development by clarifying the professional background and building the echelon structure; And through improving the salary system and broadening the promotion channels to improve the incentive mechanism, stimulate the work enthusiasm and creativity of teachers. These strategies aim to build a college ideological and political education team that ADAPTS to the requirements of the new era, has high professional quality and innovative ability, and contributes to cultivating high-quality talents with social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability.
