装配式钢结构工程施工关键技术研究


摘    要
本文首先概述了装配式钢结构工程施工的特点,包括其高效、环保的显著优势。接着,详细介绍了装配式钢结构工程施工中的关键技术,包括焊接技术、螺栓连接技术和吊装与定位技术等,这些技术对于确保工程质量和效率至关重要。在实际施工过程中,装配式钢结构工程施工关键技术仍存在一些不足。首先,构件连接不精细,存在技术缺陷和螺栓连接松动、间隙过大等问题,影响了结构的整体性和安全性。其次,现场施工管理不到位,导致施工过程中的质量控制和安全管理存在隐患。此外,施工人员技能不均,采用新技术新工艺的施工水平有待提高,也是制约装配式钢结构工程施工质量的重要因素。针对以上问题,本文提出了装配式钢结构工程施工关键技术的优化策略。首先,强化构件连接工艺,明确技术标准与要求,优化工艺与操作规范,确保构件连接的精度和可靠性。其次,提升现场施工管理,加强施工过程中的质量控制和安全管理,确保施工过程的顺利进行。同时,加强人员专业培训,提高施工人员的技能水平和施工能力,为采用新技术新工艺提供有力保障。最后,积极引进先进技术工艺,提高装配式钢结构工程施工的技术水平和竞争力。

Abstract
This paper first summarizes the characteristics of prefabricated steel structure construction, including its significant advantages of high efficiency and environmental protection. Then, the key technologies in the construction of prefabricated steel structure engineering are introduced in detail, including welding technology, bolt connection technology and lifting and positioning technology, which are crucial to ensure the quality and efficiency of the project. In the actual construction process, there are still some deficiencies in the key technology of prefabricated steel structure engineering construction. First of all, the component connection is not fine, there are technical defects, loose bolt connection, large gap and other problems, which affect the integrity and safety of the structure. Secondly, the site construction management is not in place, leading to the hidden dangers of quality control and safety management in the construction process. In addition, the uneven skills of construction personnel, the construction level of using new technology and new technology needs to be improved, which is also an important factor restricting the construction quality of prefabricated steel structure engineering. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the key technology of prefabricated steel structure engineering construction. First of all, strengthen the component connection process, clear technical standards and requirements, optimize the process and operation specifications, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the component connection. Secondly, improve the site construction management, strengthen the quality control and safety management in the construction process, to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process. At the same time, strengthen the professional training of personnel, improve the skill level and construction ability of construction personnel, to provide a strong guarantee for the adoption of new technology and new technology. Finally, actively introduce advanced technology and technology to improve the technical level and competitiveness of prefabricated steel structure engineering construction.
