本文探讨了3D打印技术在汽车零部件维修中的应用、挑战与优化对策。首先概述了3D打印技术的分类、基本原理及其在汽车零部件维修行业的现状。随后,详细分析了3D打印技术在快速定制替换零件、复杂结构零件制造以及个性化定制零件方面的应用优势。然而,该技术在汽车零部件维修中也面临技术成熟度与精度问题、材料选择与性能限制、成本与设备投入以及法规与标准等多重挑战。为应对这些挑战,本文提出了优化打印工艺参数、研发高精度打印头、开发专用汽车零部件3D打印材料以及优化设备能耗与维护成本等对策。通过这些优化措施,旨在进一步提升3D打印技术在汽车零部件维修中的效率和效益,推动其在该领域的广泛应用与持续发展。本研究为汽车制造与维修领域的从业者和技术人员提供了有益的参考和启示。

Abstract
This paper discusses the application, challenges and optimization countermeasures of 3D printing technology in auto parts maintenance. It first summarizes the classification and basic principles of 3D printing technology and its current situation in the auto parts maintenance industry. Subsequently, the application advantages of 3D printing technology in fast customized replacement parts, manufacturing of complex structural parts and personalized customized parts are analyzed in detail. However, this technology also faces multiple challenges in automotive parts maintenance, such as technology maturity and accuracy, material selection and performance constraints, and cost and equipment investment, regulations and standards. To meet these challenges, this paper proposes countermeasures such as optimizing printing process parameters, developing high-precision printing heads, developing 3D printing materials for special automobile parts, and optimizing equipment energy consumption and maintenance costs. Through these optimization measures, it aims to further improve the efficiency and efficiency of 3D printing technology in auto parts maintenance, and promote its wide application and sustainable development in this field. Abstract
This paper discusses the application, challenges and optimization countermeasures of 3D printing technology in auto parts maintenance.
