摘 要
随着汽车工业的快速发展,发动机作为汽车核心部件的性能与可靠性直接影响车辆运行效率及安全性,因此对汽车发动机常见故障的检测与维修技术进行系统研究具有重要意义。本研究旨在分析当前汽车发动机故障诊断与维修领域存在的问题,并提出一种基于智能化检测手段与优化维修策略的技术方案。通过整合传感器数据采集、大数据分析以及机器学习算法,构建了故障预测模型,实现了对发动机典型故障如点火系统异常、燃油喷射不均等问题的精准识别。研究结果表明,该方法能够显著提升故障检测的准确率和效率,同时降低维修成本与时间消耗。本研究的创新点在于将智能化技术引入传统维修流程,为实现发动机故障的早期预警与精准维护提供了新思路,其主要贡献在于推动了汽车维修技术向数字化、智能化方向发展,为行业技术升级提供了理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the performance and reliability of the engine, as a core component of vehicles, directly affect operational efficiency and safety. Therefore, systematic research on the detection and repair techniques for common faults in automotive engines is of great significance. This study aims to analyze existing problems in the field of automotive engine fault diagnosis and maintenance and proposes a technical solution based on intelligent detection methods and optimized repair strategies. By integrating sensor data acquisition, big data analysis, and machine learning algorithms, a fault prediction model was constructed, enabling precise identification of typical engine faults such as ignition system abnormalities and uneven fuel injection. The results indicate that this approach significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of fault detection while reducing repair costs and time consumption. The innovation of this study lies in incorporating intelligent technologies into traditional maintenance processes, providing new insights for early warning and precise maintenance of engine faults. Its primary contribution is advancing automotive repair technology toward digitalization and intelligence, offering both theoretical support and practical references for industry-wide technological upgrades.
