摘 要
随着汽车工业的快速发展和技术迭代,汽车维修人员的职业技能需求日益复杂化和专业化,这对行业人才培养和职业发展路径提出了新的挑战。本研究旨在探讨汽车维修人员技能培训体系的优化策略及其对职业发展的影响。通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方法,研究收集了来自不同地区和层次的维修从业人员数据,并结合行业专家意见进行系统分析。结果显示,当前技能培训存在内容更新滞后、实践环节不足以及个性化培养欠缺等问题,而这些问题直接影响了从业人员的职业晋升和发展潜力。研究提出以技术模块化培训为核心、融合数字化教学手段和企业实践平台的新型培训模式,并设计了基于能力进阶的职业发展路径框架。该研究创新性地将技能提升与职业规划紧密结合,为行业提供了可操作的改进方案,同时为相关政策制定者和教育机构提供了理论参考,有助于推动汽车维修行业的可持续发展和人才梯队建设。

Abstract
With the rapid development and technological iteration in the automotive industry, the skill requirements for automotive maintenance personnel have become increasingly complex and specialized, posing new challenges to talent cultivation and career development pathways in the sector. This study aims to explore optimization strategies for the training system of automotive maintenance personnel and their implications for career development. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, the research gathered data from maintenance professionals across different regions and levels, supplemented by systematic analysis informed by industry experts. The findings reveal that current training programs suffer from issues such as outdated content, insufficient practical components, and a lack of personalized cultivation, which directly hinder career advancement and developmental potential among practitioners. In response, the study proposes an innovative training model centered on modular technical training, integrated with digital teaching methods and enterprise-based practical platforms. Additionally, it designs a fr amework for career development based on competency progression. This research innovatively links skill enhancement with career planning, offering actionable improvement solutions for the industry while providing theoretical references for policymakers and educational institutions. These contributions are expected to promote sustainable development in the automotive maintenance sector and strengthen the construction of a skilled talent pipeline.
