摘 要
随着汽车工业的快速发展和车辆使用频率的增加,冷却系统作为保障发动机正常运行的核心部件,其维修技术和保养策略的重要性日益凸显。本文旨在深入分析汽车冷却系统的常见故障类型及其成因,并提出针对性的维修技术与优化保养策略。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,通过收集实际维修案例并结合热力学原理,对冷却系统的性能衰退机制进行系统性探讨。结果表明,定期维护、科学检测以及合理选择冷却液能够显著提升冷却系统的可靠性与使用寿命。此外,本文创新性地引入了基于数据驱动的预测性维护模型,可有效降低突发故障的发生概率,为延长冷却系统寿命提供了新思路。研究表明,科学的维修与保养策略不仅能减少维修成本,还能提高车辆整体运行效率,为汽车行业提供了一种可持续发展的技术参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the increasing frequency of vehicle use, the cooling system, as a core component ensuring the normal operation of the engine, has drawn growing attention to its repair technologies and maintenance strategies. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of common failure types in automotive cooling systems and their underlying causes, while proposing targeted repair techniques and optimized maintenance strategies. A research methodology combining theoretical analysis with empirical study is adopted, wherein actual repair cases are collected and integrated with thermodynamic principles to systematically investigate the performance degradation mechanisms of cooling systems. The findings indicate that regular maintenance, scientific inspection, and appropriate selection of coolant can significantly enhance the reliability and service life of cooling systems. Furthermore, this paper innovatively introduces a data-driven predictive maintenance model, which effectively reduces the probability of sudden failures and provides new insights into extending the lifespan of cooling systems. The study demonstrates that scientifically informed repair and maintenance strategies not only decrease repair costs but also improve the overall operational efficiency of vehicles, offering a sustainable technical reference for the automotive industry.
