本研究聚焦于城市雨水花园在雨水径流污染控制中的应用及其优化策略。随着城市化进程的加速,雨水径流污染已成为影响城市水环境质量的重要问题。雨水花园作为一种绿色基础设施,具有显著的雨水径流污染控制潜力。本文首先阐述了雨水花园的定义、功能及其在城市环境中的作用,接着详细分析了雨水花园在控制雨水径流污染方面的效果,包括悬浮颗粒、有机污染物、重金属离子和病原体的去除,以及径流量的减少和洪涝灾害的缓解。这些功能使得雨水花园成为城市雨水管理和生态修复的重要工具。然而,雨水花园的实施和运营也面临一系列挑战,如技术难题、维护管理问题、公众认知度不足以及政策和法规支持不足等。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列优化策略。在技术方面,建议深入研究与设计,引入先进技术并进行土壤改良;在维护管理方面,应制定完善的维护计划,培训专业人员并建立监测机制;在公众认知与接受度方面,需加强宣传教育,展示成功案例并鼓励公众参与;在政策与法规支持方面,应完善政策体系,加强法规监管并建立激励机制。通过这些优化策略的实施,可以充分发挥雨水花园在雨水径流污染控制中的作用,促进城市水环境的改善和生态文明的建设。

Abstract
This study focuses on the application and optimization strategies of urban rain gardens in the control of stormwater runoff pollution. With the acceleration of urbanization, stormwater runoff pollution has become an important problem affecting the quality of urban water environment. As a kind of green infrastructure, rain garden has significant potential to control stormwater runoff pollution. In this paper, the definition and function of rain garden and its role in urban environment are described. Then, the effect of rain garden on controlling rainwater runoff pollution is analyzed in detail, including the removal of suspended particles, organic pollutants, heavy me tal ions and pathogens, as well as the reduction of runoff and flood disaster mitigation. These functions make rain gardens an important tool for urban stormwater management and ecological restoration. However, the implementation and operation of rain gardens also face a series of challenges, such as technical difficulties, maintenance management issues, insufficient public awareness, and insufficient policy and regulatory support. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies. In terms of technology, it is suggested to carry out in-depth research and design, introduce advanced technology and soil improvement; In terms of maintenance management, it is necessary to develop a sound maintenance plan, train professionals and establish a monitoring mechanism; In terms of public awareness and acceptance, it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education, showcase successful cases and encourage public participation; In terms of policy and regulatory support, we should improve the policy system, strengthen regulatory supervision and establish an incentive mechanism. Through the implementation of these optimization strategies, we can give full play to the role of rain gardens in the control of rainwater runoff pollution, and promote the improvement of urban water environment and the construction of ecological civilization.
