Abstract
Global economic integration and intensified market competition bring challenges and opportunities to enterprises. Enterprise diversification strategy is an effective way to cope with these challenges and achieve growth and resource optimization. But diversification also brings the complexity in capital, risk and business management. This paper discusses the formulation and implementation of diversified business strategies, analyzes the theoretical basis, types, challenges and coping strategies, and reveals the key elements of success. The research points out that enterprises should choose strategies suitable for their own conditions, and strengthen the coordinated management of capital, risk and business. At the same time, enterprises need to adjust their organizational structure and management mode to adapt to the diversified needs. This study has theoretical and practical significance for guiding enterprise practice and promoting development.
