摘 要
互联网技术的快速发展使得网络虚拟财产成为数字经济时代的重要组成部分，尤其在网络游戏和数字艺术品领域。但现行法律对虚拟财产的性质和保护机制尚不明确，给司法实践带来挑战。本研究聚焦于网络虚拟财产的法律性质和保护机制，定义了虚拟财产的概念和特征，并分析了其法律属性。研究还探讨了保护机制存在的问题，包括法律的不明确性和适应性不足等，并提出了完善法律体系、加强适应性、跨部门协作和技术契合度等对策，旨在为我国虚拟财产法律制度的完善提供支持。

Abstract
The rapid development of Internet technology makes the network virtual property become an important part of the digital economy era, especially in the field of online games and digital art. However, the nature and protection mechanism of the virtual property in the current law are not clear, which brings challenges to the judicial practice. This study focuses on the legal nature and protection mechanism of network virtual property, defines the concept and characteristics of virtual property, and analyzes its legal attributes. The research also discusses the problems existing in the protection mechanism, including the legal ambiguity and lack of adaptability, and puts forward the countermeasures of improving the legal system, strengthening adaptability, cross-department cooperation and technical fit, aiming to provide support for the improvement of the virtual property legal system in China.
