本研究深入探讨了网络直播平台的法律监管问题，旨在全面理解并优化当前监管框架，以适应快速发展的网络直播行业。我们深入剖析了网络直播平台法律监管的理论基础，明确了其定义、特点以及法律责任与归责原则，为后续研究提供了坚实的理论支撑。接着，我们详细梳理了当前网络直播平台的法律监管框架，包括立法和法规、行政监管机构、自律和行业标准以及监管机构的合作与协调等方面，揭示了监管体系的全貌。在深入研究过程中，我们发现网络直播平台的法律监管面临着诸多挑战，如内容监管不力、用户权益侵犯、知识产权侵权以及平台责任界定模糊等问题。这些问题不仅制约了行业的健康发展，也对社会秩序和公共利益造成了一定的冲击。为了解决上述问题，本研究提出了针对性的完善对策。我们建议加强实时监控技术，以更精准地识别和处理违法违规内容；加强数据保护法规，保障用户隐私和信息安全；建立知识产权保护机制，打击盗版和侵权行为；明确平台责任与合规要求，推动平台自律和行业健康发展。本研究旨在通过对网络直播平台法律监管的深入探究，提出有效的完善对策，以促进网络直播行业的健康发展，维护社会公共利益和秩序。

Abstract
This study deeply explores the legal supervision issues of live streaming platforms, aiming to fully understand and optimize the current regulatory fr amework to adapt to the rapidly developing live streaming industry. We deeply analyzed the theoretical basis of legal supervision of network broadcast platform, clarified its definition, characteristics, legal responsibility and liability principles, and provided solid theoretical support for follow-up research. Then, we detailed the legal regulatory fr amework of the current online broadcast platforms, including legislation and regulations, administrative regulatory agencies, self-discipline and industry standards, and the cooperation and coordination of regulatory agencies, revealing the whole picture of the regulatory system. In the process of in-depth research, we found that the legal supervision of online live broadcasting platforms is faced with many challenges, such as ineffective content supervision, infringement of users' rights and interests, infringement of intellectual property rights, and vague definition of platform responsibilities. These problems not only restrict the healthy development of the industry, but also cause a certain impact on the social order and public interests. In order to solve the above problems, this study proposes targeted countermeasures. We propose to strengthen real-time monitoring technology to identify and handle illegal content more accurately, strengthen data protection regulations and protect user privacy and information security, establish intellectual property protection mechanism to combat piracy and infringement; clarify platform responsibilities and compliance requirements, and promote platform self-discipline and healthy development of the industry. The purpose of this study is to put forward effective countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the webcast industry and maintain the social and public interests and order, according to the thorough exploration of the legal supervision of the webcast platforms.
