企业数字化转型过程中的管理变革与应对
摘要
本研究深入剖析了企业数字化转型过程中的管理变革及其应对策略。明确了数字化转型的含义,并构建了管理变革的理论框架,揭示了企业数字化与管理变革之间的紧密关系。数字化技术的广泛应用不仅驱动了管理变革的需求,同时管理变革也进一步促进了企业的数字化转型进程。深入探讨了数字化转型中的技术创新,包括大数据、云计算和人工智能等关键技术的应用与发展。然而,数字化转型并非一帆风顺,我们识别了企业在这一过程中面临的管理问题,如组织结构僵化、文化与数字化不匹配、员工技术抵触以及数据隐私与安全担忧等。为有效应对这些挑战,我们提出了一系列管理变革策略,包括推行扁平化管理以提高组织灵活性、引导和支持企业文化的转变、实施员工培训与技能提升计划,以及制定严格的数据治理政策等。这些策略旨在帮助企业顺利推进数字化转型,提升管理效率,增强竞争力。本研究旨在全面理解企业数字化转型过程中的管理变革需求与挑战,探索有效的应对策略,为企业实现数字化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This study deeply analyzes the management change in the process of enterprise digital transformation and its countermeasures. It clarifies the meaning of digital transformation, constructs the theoretical fr amework of management change, and reveals the close relationship between enterprise digitalization and management change. The wide application of digital technology not only drives the demand of management change, but also further promotes the process of digital transformation of enterprises. Technological innovation in digital transformation is deeply discussed, including the application and development of key technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. However, digital transformation is not smooth sailing, and we identify management issues that businesses face along the way, such as rigid organizational structures, cultural and digital mismatches, employee technology resistance, and data privacy and security concerns. To effectively address these challenges, we have proposed a series of management change strategies, including implementing flat management to improve organizational flexibility, leading and supporting a shift in corporate culture, implementing employee training and skills development programs, and instituting rigorous data governance policies. These strategies are designed to help companies smoothly advance digital transformation, improve management efficiency, and enhance competitiveness. This study aims to comprehensively understand the management change needs and challenges in the process of enterprise digital transformation, explore effective coping strategies, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve digital transformation.
