摘要
随着化学合成药物的广泛使用,其带来的副作用和耐药性日益凸显,这使得自然化合药物的研究与应用逐渐受到重视。自然化合药物,源自自然界中的植物、动物或矿物,以其独特的药理作用和较低的副作用而备受关注。然而,在药物研发与治疗中,给药途径的选择对药物疗效和副作用的影响不容忽视。因此,本研究全面分析了不同给药途径对自然化合药物吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的影响,以及这些因素如何进一步影响药物的疗效和副作用。研究结果显示,给药途径的选择直接影响药物的体内过程和治疗效果,因此应根据药物性质、治疗目标和患者特性等因素综合考虑,选择最合适的给药途径,本研究旨在推动自然化合药物在医药领域的应用和发展。

Abstract
With the widespread use of chemical synthetic drugs, their side effects and drug resistance are increasingly prominent, which makes the research and application of natural synthetic drugs gradually valued. Natural combination drugs, derived from plants, animals or minerals in nature, have attracted much attention for their unique pharmacological effects and low side effects. However, in drug development and treatment, the influence of the choice of administration route on drug efficacy and side effects cannot be ignored. Therefore, this study comprehensively analyzed the effects of the differences of administration routes on the absorption, distribution, me tabolism and excretion of natural synthetic drugs, and how these factors further influence the efficacy and side effects of the drug. The results show that the choice of the route of administration directly affects the in vivo process and therapeutic effect of the drug, so the most appropriate route of administration should be selected according to the nature of the drug, treatment ob jectives and patient characteristics. This study aims to promote the application and development of natural compounds in the pharmaceutical field.
