摘 要
在当今日益繁荣的市场经济环境中,消费者知情权作为消费者权利的重要组成部分,其保护问题日益凸显。因此,本研究聚焦于消费者知情权的保护问题,首先界定了消费者知情权的定义与内涵,并分析了其作为基本权利的性质与地位。通过对我国现行消费者权益保护法及其他相关法律法规的深入分析,揭示了消费者知情权保护在法律制度层面存在的问题,如法律法规不完善、保护范围界定模糊等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了完善法律法规体系、明确保护范围、加强信息披露监管、畅通消费者维权渠道以及加强监管力度等改进建议。本研究旨在为消费者知情权的保护提供理论支持和实践指导,以期推动相关法律法规的完善,保障消费者的合法权益。

Abstract
In today's increasingly prosperous market economy environment, consumers' right to know as an important part of consumer rights, its protection problem is increasingly prominent. Therefore, this study focuses on the protection of consumers 'right to know, first defines the definition and connotation of consumers' right to know, and analyzes its nature and status as a fundamental right. Through the in-depth analysis of the current law on the Protection of consumer rights and Interests and other relevant laws and regulations, it reveals the problems existing in the protection of consumers' right to know in the legal system, such as the imperfect laws and regulations and the vague definition of the scope of protection, etc. In view of these problems, this research puts forward some improvement suggestions, such as improving the legal and regulatory system, clarifying the scope of protection, strengthening the supervision of information disclosure, unblocking the channels of consumer rights protection, and strengthening the supervision. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection of consumers' right to know, in order to promote the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
