水利水电工程施工现场危险源管理研究
摘 要
水利枢纽建设项目数量大,单个项目数量多,给建设带来一定的困难;技术上的繁复,对工程的施工必须严格遵守规范及基本建设的流程;延长的工期增加了事故的发生概率;工作环境恶劣,施工危险性大。目前,水利水电施工的安全形势十分严峻,是一种高风险的、易发生的行业,受到了众多学者和学者的重视。水利事业是国民经济的支柱行业,在施工中如果出现意外,不仅工期不能保证,还会给人民带来直接和间接的伤害。因此,加强水利枢纽建设项目的安全生产是当务之急。确保所有的安保工作都能顺畅、完好地执行,施工工人按照程序进行安全作业,并由保安主管执行安全防范和各种检查,确保安全。在建设工程的安全管理上,我们进行了不懈努力,但效果却并不显著。建筑工程的安全性是一项富有逻辑性和完备性的工程,是一个值得深入探讨和探讨的重要问题。
而危险源则是造成安全问题的源头,也是造成这一问题的最基本因素。
通过将建筑网格表与危险源的对比,得出不同工序、不同时间情况下的不同危险因素,从而提出了相应的对策,从而进一步完善该理论,为今后的建设工作和建设工作的开展打下了良好的基础。文章的结尾对本课题的研究存在的问题和局限进行了总结,并提出了进一步的研究方向。

Abstract
To build a reservoir will benefit one party. Water conservancy construction is a basic construction related to people's livelihood. Its quality directly affects the economic development of the country and region. It is an infrastructure related to the local economy and living needs, and plays an irreplaceable role in flood control and disaster reduction, domestic irrigation, etc. With the development of the national economy and society, higher requirements have been put forward for the water conservancy industry, which has been strictly managed to ensure its quality, and the development of the water conservancy industry has been promoted through a sound market supervision system. On this basis, with the example of S city, this paper discusses how to strengthen the government supervision and management in the process of urban construction.
Through the supervision and management of water conservancy construction projects in S city, the system and structure system are studied, and corresponding improvement measures are formulated according to the characteristics of S city, so as to fundamentally improve the construction quality of S city. On the whole, the construction projects of S urban water conservancy construction projects have achieved good results. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced government supervision and management experience, this paper summarizes the general idea and improvement measures of S city's water conservancy project management, and draws lessons from foreign advanced experience and practices, and according to the current situation of S city's water conservancy project management, puts forward the best measures of S city's water conservancy project quality government supervision and management: promoting the construction of government supervision team; Improve the means and means of government supervision; Strengthen the supervision and management of water conservancy construction.
