摘 要
口腔修复材料的选择与应用是现代牙科医学中的关键环节,直接影响患者的治疗效果和生活质量。随着科技的进步,新型材料的不断涌现为口腔修复提供了更多选择,但也带来了选择困难和应用问题。本研究旨在探讨当前口腔修复材料的选择标准及其在临床应用中遇到的问题,并提出相应的对策。研究采用了文献综述、临床案例分析和专家访谈相结合的方法,系统梳理了各类口腔修复材料的物理化学特性、生物相容性及临床表现。结果显示,尽管陶瓷和复合树脂等材料在美观性和耐久性方面表现优异,但在抗磨损性和成本效益上仍存在不足。金属材料虽然在强度和耐用性上具有优势,但其生物相容性和美观性较差。研究发现,个性化定制的数字化设计和3D打印技术为解决这些问题提供了新的途径。通过结合不同材料的优势并利用先进制造技术,可以显著提高修复体的性能和患者的满意度。此外,本研究还强调了医生在材料选择中的重要角色,建议加强医生的专业培训和继续教育,以提升其对新型材料的认识和应用能力。

Abstract
The choice and application of dental restorative materials is a key link in modern dental medicine, which directly affects the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. With the progress of science and technology, the continuous emergence of new materials provides more options for oral restoration, but it also brings selection difficulties and application problems. This study aims to explore the current selection criteria of prosthodontics materials and the problems encountered in clinical application and propose corresponding countermeasures. The study used a combination of literature review, clinical case analysis and expert interviews to systematically analyze the physicochemical characteristics, biocompatibility and clinical manifestations of various dental restorative materials. The results showed that although materials such as ceramics and composite resins perform well in aesthetics and durability, there are still deficiencies in wear resistance and cost effectiveness. Although me tal materials have advantages in strength and durability, they have poor biocompatibility and aesthetics. The study found that personalized digital design and 3D printing technology provide new ways to solve these problems. By combining the advantages of different materials and utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques, the performance of the restorations and patient satisfaction can be significantly improved. Furthermore, this study highlights the important role of physicians in material selection and suggests strengthening their professional training and continuing education of doctors to enhance their awareness and application of novel materials.
