摘 要
牙髓炎是一种常见的口腔疾病，其治疗过程中的疼痛管理一直是临床关注的焦点。本研究旨在探讨牙髓炎治疗中疼痛管理的现状及其存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。通过对国内外相关文献的系统回顾和分析，结合中国多家医院的临床数据，研究发现当前牙髓炎治疗中的疼痛管理存在以下问题：一是患者对疼痛的认知不足，导致治疗依从性差；二是现有镇痛药物的效果有限，且存在副作用；三是医护人员在疼痛评估和处理方面的专业技能有待提高。为解决这些问题，本研究提出了以下对策：首先，加强患者教育，提高其对疼痛管理的认识；其次，研发新型镇痛药物，减少副作用；最后，通过培训提升医护人员的疼痛管理技能。研究结果显示，实施这些对策后，患者的疼痛感知显著降低，治疗满意度明显提高。本研究的贡献在于为牙髓炎治疗中的疼痛管理提供了系统的理论支持和实践指导，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract
Pulpitis is a common oral disease, and pain management during its treatment has been the focus of clinical attention. This study aims to investigate the current situation of pain management in the treatment of pulpitis and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through the systematic review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the clinical data of many hospitals in China, the study found the following problems in pain management in the treatment of pulpitis: first, the lack of pain awareness of patients leads to poor treatment compliance; second, the effect of existing analgesic drugs is limited and side effects; third, the professional skills of medical staff in pain assessment and treatment need to be improved. To solve these problems, the study proposed the following countermeasures: first, to strengthen patient education to improve their understanding of pain management; second, to develop new analgesic drugs to reduce side effects; and finally, to improve the pain management skills of medical staff through training. The results showed that after implementing these countermeasures, patients' pain perception decreased significantly and treatment satisfaction increased significantly. The contribution of this study lies in providing systematic theoretical support and practical guidance for pain management in the treatment of pulpitis, with an important clinical application value.
