摘 要
随着工业建设的迅速发展,近几年的工业建设也得到了迅速的发展。近年来,我国已完工的建设项目中,工业建设所占有的比例越来越高。从这一点可以看出,我们国家的工业建设一定会快速发展,而且有很好的发展空间。工业建筑的设计是建设项目的生命,它体现了建设项目的预算性和质量指标,是建设项目的最直观的基础。从有关数据来看,从工程设计到技术方案的总工期约为1/4,到工程竣工的工期还不到一半。而在工程质量方面,对建筑工程的影响最大,占70%-90%。由此可以看出,在施工过程中,建筑的设计是项目的关键环节,它直接影响到施工项目的整体品质。在这一背景下,论文对建筑工程的设计过程进行了质量管理。
本文针对工业建筑物的功能性设计品质管理,建立了其品质管理模式,并建立了其品质评估与最佳品质评估模式。基于质量控制的评价指标,运用模糊评判与模糊因果关系方法对产品进行了质量管理。通过构建功能性产品的品质评估体系,运用灰色 AHP方法对产品进行质量评估。同时,构建了一个基于函数-费用指数系统的函数设计方案,运用了基于价值工程理论的基本原则,并与项目的具体情况相联系,对其进行了优化。通过对某一具体工程实例的分析,证明了该方法的科学性、合理性和实用性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of industrial construction, industrial construction has also developed rapidly in recent years. In recent years, industrial construction accounts for an increasing proportion of the completed construction projects in China. From this point, we can see that the industrial construction of our country is bound to develop rapidly, and there is good room for development. The design of industrial buildings is the life of construction projects. It reflects the budget and quality indicators of construction projects, and is the most intuitive basis of construction projects. According to relevant data, the total construction period from engineering design to technical scheme is about 1/4, and the construction period from project completion is less than half. In terms of project quality, it has the greatest impact on construction projects, accounting for 70% - 90%. It can be seen that in the construction process, the design of the building is the key link of the project, which directly affects the overall quality of the construction project. Under this background, the paper carries out quality management on the design process of construction engineering.
Aiming at the functional design quality management of industrial buildings, this paper establishes its quality management mode, and establishes its quality evaluation and best quality evaluation mode. Based on the evaluation index of quality control, the fuzzy evaluation and fuzzy causal relationship method are used to manage the quality of products. By constructing the quality evaluation system of functional products, the grey AHP method is used to evaluate the quality of products. At the same time, a function design scheme based on the function-cost index system is constructed, and the basic principles based on the value engineering theory are applied, and linked with the specific situation of the project to optimize it. Through the analysis of a specific engineering example, the scientific, rational and practical nature of the method is proved.
