摘 要
随着水利建设的不断发展,工程建设的规模越来越大,越来越多地出现了“超大型”的趋势。在运行期间,水工建筑的结构安全问题日益引起人们的注意和注意。目前,我国现行的安防监控与管理工作已无法适应现代科学技术的发展。要全面强化水工建筑物的安全监控,就必须开发新型的监控管理体系,便于进行水工建筑物的健康状况监控与预警工作,及时、准确掌握运营期水工建筑物结构的健康状况,并采取必要措施有效应对突发的情况,确保水利工程的正常运行。
以天津主干线施工段承压罐涵的安全监控为背景,针对传统水利工程安全监测管理工作中存在的问题,深入研究、分析建筑领域应用最广泛的 BIM技术和 SQL数据库技术在安全监督管理中应用的可行性。结合 BIM技术和 SQL数据库,建立了一种以 BIM技术为基础的水工建筑工程施工阶段的监控系统。以此为思路,构建了一种以“南水北调”为基础的输水管网的安全监控与监控系统。并将 BIM的可视化数据库应用于此,给出了系统的工作接口,并对各个模块的工作接口进行了详细的说明。该成果对其它的开发和开发有很大的借鉴作用。

Abstract
With the continuous development of water conservancy construction, the scale of engineering construction is becoming larger and larger, and the trend of "super large" is emerging more and more. During the operation period, the structural safety of hydraulic structures has attracted increasing attention. At present, China's current security monitoring and management work has been unable to adapt to the development of modern science and technology. To comprehensively strengthen the safety monitoring of hydraulic structures, it is necessary to develop a new monitoring and management system to facilitate the health monitoring and early warning of hydraulic structures, timely and accurately grasp the health status of hydraulic structures during the operation period, and take necessary measures to effectively deal with emergencies to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic projects.
Based on the safety monitoring of the pressure bearing tank culvert in the construction section of Tianjin Trunk Line, aiming at the problems existing in the safety monitoring and management of traditional water conservancy projects, the feasibility of applying BIM technology and SQL database technology, which are the most widely used in the construction field, to the safety monitoring and management is deeply studied and analyzed. Combined with BIM technology and SQL database, a monitoring system based on BIM technology in the construction stage of hydraulic construction project is established. Based on this idea, a safety monitoring and control system of water transmission pipeline network based on "South to North Water Transfer" is constructed. The visual database of BIM is applied here, and the working interface of the system is given, and the working interface of each module is described in detail. This achievement can be used for reference in other development.
