农产品农药残留问题及其应对策略研究
摘 要
随着全球农业生产的快速发展,农产品农药残留问题日益引起广泛关注。农药的广泛使用在提高农作物产量的同时,也带来了潜在的健康和环境风险。本研究旨在探讨中国农产品中农药残留的现状及其应对策略,以期为食品安全和环境保护提供科学依据。研究采用文献综述、实地调查和数据分析相结合的方法,对中国主要农产品产区的农药使用情况进行了系统性分析。结果表明,尽管国家已出台多项法规和标准以控制农药残留,但部分地区仍存在超标现象,尤其是蔬菜和水果类农产品。研究发现,农民对农药使用的认知不足、监管体系不完善以及检测技术滞后是导致这一问题的主要原因。基于此,本研究提出了一系列应对策略,包括加强农民培训、优化农药管理政策、提升检测技术水平以及推广绿色农业技术。

RESEARCH ON PESTICIDE RESIDUE PROBLEM IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND ITS COPING STRATEGIES
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of global agricultural production, the problem of pesticide residues in agricultural products has attracted widespread attention. The widespread use of pesticides also poses potential health and environmental risks while increasing crop yields. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of pesticide residues in Chinese agricultural products and their coping strategies, in order to provide a scientific basis for food safety and environmental protection. The literature review, field investigation and data analysis were used to make a systematic analysis of pesticide use in major agricultural producing areas in China. The results show that although the country has issued a number of regulations and standards to control pesticide residues, but there are still excessive phenomena in some areas, especially vegetables and fruits of agricultural products. The study found that farmers' lack of awareness of pesticide use, imperfect regulatory system and lagging detection technology are the main reasons for this problem. Based on this, this study puts forward a series of coping strategies, including strengthening farmer training, optimizing pesticide management policies, improving the level of testing technology and promoting green agricultural technology.
