植物生长调节剂对葡萄生长和品质的影响研究
摘 要
植物生长调节剂(PGRs)在葡萄栽培中的应用已成为提高产量和品质的重要策略。本文通过综合分析国内外相关研究成果,系统研究了PGRs对葡萄生长和品质的影响。研究发现,PGRs能够促进葡萄藤的生长和发育,其中包括增加枝条生长、促进叶片发育和根系生长。此外,PGRs也对葡萄品质具有显著调节作用,包括影响果实大小、重量、颜色、糖酸平衡以及风味和香气物质的形成。我们还发现,PGRs的应用技术对于最大化葡萄产量和优化品质至关重要。通过优化葡萄生长周期的PGRs应用技术,可以控制果实生长的时机和速度,实现优质产量的平衡。同时,合理的栽培管理,如合适的修剪和支撑措施,可以提高PGRs的利用效果,并塑造葡萄株型。此外,针对不同的病虫害防控需求,采取合适的PGRs应用策略,可以增强葡萄植株的抗病虫能力。深入了解和应用PGRs对于提高葡萄生长和品质具有重要意义。在葡萄栽培中,科学合理地利用PGRs可以实现增产增效、优化品质和改善抗性能力的目标。然而,需要进一步的研究来揭示PGRs与葡萄生物学过程的关联,以及不同PGRs组合对葡萄特定品质特征的调节机制。

Abstract
The application of plant growth regulators (PGRs) in viticulture has become an important strategy to improve yield and quality. This paper systematically studied the effects of PGRs on grape growth and quality by comprehensively analyzing relevant research results at home and abroad. PGRs were found to promote the growth and development of grapevine, which included increased shoot growth, promoting leaf development, and root growth. Moreover, PGRs also significantly regulate grape quality, including affecting fruit size, weight, color, sugar and acid balance, and the formation of flavor and aroma substances. We also found that the applied technique of PGRs is essential to maximize grape yield and optimize quality. By using the PGRs application technology to optimize the grape growth cycle, we can control the timing and speed of the growth of fruit and realize the balance of high-quality yield. Meanwhile, rational cultivation management, such as appropriate pruning and support measures, can improve the utilization effect of PGRs and shape the grape plant type. In addition, adopting appropriate PGRs application strategies according to the different pest control needs can enhance the disease resistance of grape plants. Further understanding and application of PGRs is important for improving grape growth and quality. In viticulture, the scientific and rational use of PGRs can achieve the goal of increasing efficiency, optimizing quality and improving resistance. However, further studies are needed to reveal the association of PGRs with grape biological processes and the regulatory mechanisms of grape-specific quality characteristics by different combinations of PGRs.
