摘 要
装配式建筑作为现代建筑工业化的重要组成部分,近年来在我国得到了快速发展。然而,其施工质量控制与验收标准仍存在不足,直接影响到工程的安全性和耐久性。为此,本研究以提升装配式建筑施工质量为目标,系统分析了当前装配式建筑结构施工中存在的质量问题,并结合国内外相关规范和实践经验,提出了适用于装配式建筑的施工质量控制体系与验收标准。研究采用文献分析法、案例研究法和专家咨询法相结合的方式,对装配式建筑的关键节点、连接方式及施工工艺进行了深入探讨。结果表明,通过建立全过程的质量控制机制,能够显著提高装配式建筑的施工精度和可靠性。同时,本研究创新性地提出了一套基于风险评估的验收指标体系,该体系综合考虑了构件生产、运输、安装等环节的风险因素,为实际工程提供了科学依据。此外,研究还开发了一种数字化质量监控平台,实现了施工过程的实时跟踪与反馈,有效降低了人为误差的影响。总体而言,本研究不仅填补了装配式建筑领域在质量控制与验收标准方面的部分空白,还为推动建筑行业的标准化和智能化发展提供了重要参考。

ABSTRACT
As an essential component of modern building industrialization, prefabricated construction has experienced rapid development in recent years in China. However, deficiencies remain in the quality control and acceptance standards for its construction process, which directly affect the safety and durability of engineering projects. To address this issue, this study aims to enhance the construction quality of prefabricated buildings by systematically analyzing existing quality problems in the structural construction of prefabricated buildings. Combining domestic and international regulations with practical experience, a construction quality control system and acceptance standard tailored for prefabricated buildings are proposed. The research employs a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and expert consultations to conduct an in-depth investigation into key nodes, connection methods, and construction techniques of prefabricated buildings. The results indicate that establishing a full-process quality control mechanism can significantly improve the construction accuracy and reliability of prefabricated buildings. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a risk-assessment-based acceptance index system, which comprehensively considers risk factors in various stages, including component production, transportation, and installation, thereby providing a scientific basis for practical engineering applications. Additionally, a digital quality monitoring platform was developed to enable real-time tracking and feedback during the construction process, effectively reducing the impact of human errors. Overall, this study not only fills some gaps in quality control and acceptance standards within the field of prefabricated construction but also offers significant references for promoting standardization and intelligent development in the construction industry.
