装配式建筑作为建筑工业化的重要组成部分,近年来在推动建筑业转型升级中发挥了关键作用。本研究以提升装配式建筑结构的工业化生产和施工效率为核心目标,深入分析了当前装配式建筑发展中的技术瓶颈与管理问题,并提出了一套集成化的设计、生产与施工优化方案。研究基于BIM(建筑信息建模)技术,构建了装配式构件全生命周期管理平台,实现了从设计到施工的全流程数字化协同。同时,通过引入自动化生产线和智能施工设备,显著提高了构件生产精度与现场装配效率。通过对多个实际工程案例的数据分析,结果表明,该优化方案可使构件生产周期缩短约25%,施工现场工期减少约30%,并有效降低了资源浪费与环境污染。此外,本研究创新性地提出了基于数据驱动的装配式建筑质量评估模型,为行业标准制定提供了科学依据。总体而言,本研究不仅为装配式建筑的高效实施提供了技术支持,还为促进建筑业向绿色化、智能化方向发展做出了重要贡献。

ABSTRACT

As an essential component of building industrialization, prefabricated construction has played a crucial role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in recent years. This study focuses on enhancing the industrialized production and construction efficiency of prefabricated building structures, conducting an in-depth analysis of the technical bottlenecks and management issues currently faced by the prefabricated construction sector, and proposing an integrated optimization scheme for design, production, and construction. Based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, a full-life-cycle management platform for prefabricated components was developed, achieving digital collaboration across the entire process from design to construction. Furthermore, the introduction of automated production lines and intelligent construction equipment significantly improved the accuracy of component production and the efficiency of on-site assembly. Through data analysis of multiple real-world engineering cases, the results demonstrate that this optimization scheme can reduce the component production cycle by approximately 25%, decrease the on-site construction schedule by about 30%, and effectively minimize resource waste and environmental pollution. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a data-driven quality assessment model for prefabricated construction, providing a scientific basis for the formulation of industry standards. Overall, this research not only offers technical support for the efficient implementation of prefabricated construction but also makes significant contributions to advancing the construction industry toward greener and more intelligent development.
