摘 要
随着全球建筑行业对可持续发展的关注日益增强,绿色建筑材料在装配式建筑中的应用成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨绿色建筑材料在装配式建筑中的环境效益及其优化路径,以期为建筑行业的低碳转型提供科学依据。研究通过文献分析与案例调研相结合的方法,系统梳理了绿色建筑材料的分类、性能特点及其在装配式建筑中的适用性,并采用生命周期评估(LCA)方法量化其环境影响。结果表明,绿色建筑材料能够显著降低装配式建筑的碳排放和资源消耗,尤其是在原材料提取和加工阶段,其环境负担可减少20%-40%。此外,研究发现模块化设计与绿色材料的结合能够进一步提升施工效率并减少废弃物产生。创新点在于首次将全生命周期视角引入装配式建筑的环境效益评估,并提出基于绿色材料优化的装配式建筑设计框架。主要贡献包括为政策制定者提供了明确的技术支持方向,为企业实践提供了可操作的实施路径,同时推动了绿色建筑材料与装配式建筑协同发展的理论体系构建。未来研究可进一步探索不同气候条件下的适应性策略及经济成本效益分析。

ABSTRACT
With the growing attention to sustainable development in the global construction industry, the application of green building materials in prefabricated construction has become a research hotspot. This study aims to investigate the environmental benefits of green building materials in prefabricated construction and explore their optimization pathways, thereby providing scientific evidence for the low-carbon transition of the construction industry. By integrating literature analysis with case studies, this research systematically reviews the classification, performance characteristics, and applicability of green building materials in prefabricated construction, employing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to quantify their environmental impacts. The results indicate that green building materials can significantly reduce carbon emissions and resource consumption in prefabricated construction, particularly during the stages of raw material extraction and processing, where environmental burdens can be decreased by 20%-40%. Furthermore, it is found that the integration of modular design with green materials enhances construction efficiency and reduces waste generation. An innovation of this study lies in its introduction of a full life-cycle perspective into the environmental benefit assessment of prefabricated construction, along with the proposal of a design fr amework for prefabricated construction based on green material optimization. Key contributions include providing clear technical support directions for policymakers, offering actionable implementation pathways for enterprises, and advancing the theoretical fr amework for the synergistic development of green building materials and prefabricated construction. Future research could further examine adaptive strategies under varying climatic conditions and conduct economic cost-benefit analyses.
