摘 要
装配式建筑作为一种现代化建造方式,近年来在政策推动和技术进步的双重作用下得到了快速发展。然而,预制构件生产质量的稳定性与可靠性直接影响装配式建筑的整体性能和安全性,因此对其生产过程中的质量控制展开深入研究具有重要意义。本研究旨在通过系统分析预制构件生产的关键环节,提出一套科学、高效的预制构件质量控制体系。研究采用文献综述、案例分析及实地调研相结合的方法,对国内外相关技术标准和实践经验进行梳理,并结合实际生产流程构建了基于全过程管理的质量控制模型。该模型涵盖了原材料检验、生产工艺优化、成品检测以及信息化管理等多个方面,同时引入了大数据分析和物联网技术以提升质量监控的精准性和实时性。研究结果表明,通过实施这一质量控制体系,可以显著降低生产缺陷率,提高构件的一致性和合格率。此外,本研究还提出了针对不同构件类型的个性化质量控制策略,为行业提供了可操作性强的技术参考。创新点在于将智能化手段融入传统质量管理流程,实现了从单一检测向全面预防的转变,从而为装配式建筑行业的高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。研究成果不仅有助于提升预制构件生产企业的管理水平,也为相关标准的制定和完善提供了理论依据。

ABSTRACT
As a modern construction method, prefabricated modular construction has experienced rapid development in recent years under the dual impetus of policy promotion and technological advancement. However, the stability and reliability of prefabricated component production quality directly affect the overall performance and safety of modular buildings, making in-depth research on quality control during the production process highly significant. This study aims to propose a scientific and efficient quality control system for prefabricated components by systematically analyzing the critical stages of their production. A combination of literature review, case analysis, and field research was employed to examine relevant technical standards and practical experiences both domestically and internationally. Based on actual production processes, a quality control model grounded in full-process management was constructed, encompassing raw material inspection, process optimization, finished product testing, and information-based management. Additionally, big data analytics and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies were integrated into the model to enhance the accuracy and real-time nature of quality monitoring. The results indicate that implementing this quality control system can significantly reduce defect rates, improve consistency, and increase qualification rates of components. Furthermore, personalized quality control strategies tailored to different types of components were proposed, providing the industry with highly operational technical references. The innovation lies in incorporating intelligent methods into traditional quality management processes, thereby facilitating a transition from singular inspection to comprehensive prevention. This lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the prefabricated construction industry. The findings not only contribute to enhancing the management level of prefabricated component manufacturers but also offer theoretical support for the formulation and refinement of relevant standards.
