摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,绿色建筑作为可持续发展的重要组成部分,已成为建筑行业研究的热点领域。本研究以新型建筑材料在绿色建筑中的应用与性能评估为核心,旨在探索其对建筑节能、环保及舒适性提升的关键作用。通过文献综述与实地调研相结合的方法,系统分析了当前主流新型建筑材料的技术特点及其在实际工程中的应用现状,并采用生命周期评价法(LCA)对材料的环境影响进行全面量化评估。研究结果表明,部分高性能隔热材料、相变储能材料以及可再生建材在降低建筑能耗、减少碳排放方面具有显著优势,同时能够有效改善室内环境质量。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种基于多指标综合评估体系的材料优选模型,该模型结合技术经济性与环境友好性,为绿色建筑设计提供了科学依据。研究表明,合理选择与优化配置新型建筑材料是实现建筑全生命周期节能减排的有效途径,其推广应用将对推动建筑行业的绿色发展产生深远影响。本研究的主要贡献在于填补了现有评估方法中对材料综合性能考量不足的空白,为未来绿色建筑技术的发展提供了新的思路与实践参考。

ABSTRACT
As global climate change and resource scarcity become increasingly severe, green buildings, as a crucial component of sustainable development, have emerged as a focal area of research in the construction industry. This study centers on the application and performance evaluation of novel building materials in green buildings, aiming to explore their critical roles in enhancing energy efficiency, environmental protection, and indoor comfort. By integrating literature review with field investigation, this research systematically analyzes the technical characteristics of mainstream novel building materials and their current application status in practical engineering projects. Furthermore, life cycle assessment (LCA) is employed to comprehensively quantify the environmental impacts of these materials. The results indicate that certain high-performance insulation materials, phase-change energy storage materials, and renewable construction materials exhibit significant advantages in reducing building energy consumption and carbon emissions while effectively improving indoor environmental quality. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a material selection model based on a multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation system, which integrates techno-economic feasibility with environmental friendliness, providing a scientific basis for green building design. The findings suggest that rational selection and optimized allocation of novel building materials represent an effective approach to achieving energy conservation and emission reduction throughout the entire building lifecycle, with their promotion and application expected to profoundly influence the green development of the construction industry. The primary contribution of this study lies in addressing the gap in existing evaluation methods by incorporating insufficient consideration of material comprehensive performance, thereby offering new insights and practical references for the future development of green building technologies.
