摘 要
软土地基广泛分布于沿海及河湖地区,其低承载力和高沉降特性对工程建设构成重大挑战,因此研究经济高效且适用性强的加固技术具有重要意义。本研究以软土地基加固技术为对象,系统分析了多种常见加固方法的经济性与适用性,旨在为工程实践提供科学依据和技术支持。研究采用理论分析、数值模拟与案例对比相结合的方法,从成本效益、施工难度、环境影响等多维度对预压法、排水固结法、水泥搅拌桩法以及复合地基法等典型技术进行了综合评估。结果表明,不同加固技术在经济性和适用性方面存在显著差异,具体选择需结合地质条件、工程需求及预算限制进行权衡。例如,预压法适用于大面积浅层软土处理且成本较低,但工期较长;而水泥搅拌桩法则适合深层软土加固,尽管初期投资较高,但施工效率和稳定性更优。本研究创新性地提出了基于多目标优化模型的软土地基加固技术选型框架,通过量化经济性指标与适用性参数,实现了技术方案的科学比选。研究成果不仅为实际工程提供了决策参考,还为进一步优化软土地基加固技术体系奠定了基础,具有重要的理论价值和应用前景。

ABSTRACT
Soft soil foundations are widely distributed in coastal and river-lake areas, and their low bearing capacity and high settlement characteristics pose significant challenges to construction projects. Therefore, it is of great significance to study cost-effective and highly applicable reinforcement technologies. This study focuses on soft soil foundation reinforcement techniques, systematically analyzing the economic efficiency and applicability of various common reinforcement methods to provide scientific evidence and technical support for engineering practice. A combination of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and case comparison was employed to comprehensively evaluate typical technologies such as preloading, drainage consolidation, cement-mixed pile, and composite foundation methods from multiple dimensions, including cost-effectiveness, construction difficulty, and environmental impact. The results indicate that there are significant differences among different reinforcement technologies in terms of economic efficiency and applicability, and specific selection requires a balance considering geological conditions, engineering requirements, and budget constraints. For instance, preloading is suitable for large-scale shallow soft soil treatment with relatively low costs but longer construction periods, while the cement-mixed pile method is appropriate for deep soft soil reinforcement, offering higher construction efficiency and stability despite higher initial investment. Innovatively, this study proposes a soft soil foundation reinforcement technology selection fr amework based on a multi-ob jective optimization model, which quantifies economic indicators and applicability parameters to achieve scientific comparisons of technical solutions. The research findings not only provide decision-making references for practical engineering but also lay a foundation for further optimizing the soft soil foundation reinforcement technology system, demonstrating important theoretical value and application prospects.
