摘 要
随着全球资源短缺和环境问题的日益严峻,建筑材料的可持续发展已成为建筑行业的重要研究方向。本研究旨在探索建筑材料在全生命周期内的资源循环利用潜力,以减少对自然资源的依赖并降低环境负担。通过文献综述、实验分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统评估了多种典型建筑材料的可回收性、再利用效率及其对生态环境的影响。研究发现,采用模块化设计和标准化生产能够显著提高建筑材料的循环利用率,同时,基于生命周期评价(LCA)的优化策略可以有效降低材料使用阶段的碳排放。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种多维度资源循环评价体系,该体系综合考虑了经济、环境和社会效益,为建筑材料的可持续发展提供了科学依据。结果表明,通过推广高附加值再生材料和改进废弃物处理技术,可实现建筑材料资源的最大化利用。最终得出结论:构建以循环经济为核心的建筑材料管理体系,不仅有助于缓解资源压力,还能推动建筑行业的绿色转型,为实现可持续发展目标提供重要支撑。这一研究成果为政策制定者和行业从业者提供了实践指导,并为未来相关研究奠定了理论基础。

ABSTRACT
With the growing severity of global resource shortages and environmental issues, the sustainable development of building materials has become a critical research focus in the construction industry. This study aims to explore the potential for resource recycling of building materials throughout their entire life cycle, thereby reducing dependence on natural resources and alleviating environmental burdens. By integrating literature reviews, experimental analyses, and case studies, this research systematically evaluates the recyclability, reuse efficiency, and ecological impacts of various typical building materials. The findings indicate that modular design and standardized production can significantly enhance the recycling rate of building materials. Moreover, optimization strategies based on life cycle assessment (LCA) effectively reduce carbon emissions during the material usage phase. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a multi-dimensional resource recycling evaluation system that comprehensively considers economic, environmental, and social benefits, providing a scientific basis for the sustainable development of building materials. The results demonstrate that promoting high-value-added recycled materials and improving waste treatment technologies can maximize the utilization of building material resources. It is concluded that establishing a building material management system centered on a circular economy not only helps alleviate resource pressures but also drives the green transformation of the construction industry, offering crucial support for achieving sustainable development goals. This research provides practical guidance for policymakers and industry practitioners while laying a theoretical foundation for future related studies.
