摘  要

  随着融合教育理念的深入推广,幼儿园随班就读模式逐渐成为特殊儿童教育的重要形式,但教师专业能力不足的问题日益凸显,成为制约教育质量提升的关键因素。本研究旨在系统探讨幼儿园随班就读教师的专业能力需求。随班就读教师的核心专业能力包括特殊儿童评估与支持能力、个别化教育计划制定能力、家园合作沟通能力以及跨学科协作能力此外,研究发现当前教师在这些关键能力领域普遍存在较大缺口,并受到培训资源匮乏、支持体系不完善等外部因素的影响本研究创新性地构建了幼儿园随班就读教师专业能力框架,为教师职前培养和在职培训提供了明确的方向和依据。研究建议从政策支持、资源配置和实践指导等方面综合施策,以全面提升教师的专业素养和教育质量,为推动融合教育在学前教育阶段的深入实施提供了理论支撑和实践参考。

Abstract

  With the in-depth promotion of the concept of integrated education, the mode of kindergarten attendance has gradually become an important form of education for special children, but the problem of insufficient professional ability of teachers has become increasingly prominent, which has become a key factor restricting the improvement of education quality. The purpose of this study is to systematically explore the professional competence needs of kindergarten teachers. The core professional competence of the teachers in the class includes the ability to assess and support special children, the ability to make individualized education plans, the ability to cooperate and communicate at home, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. In addition, the research finds that there are generally large gaps in these key competence areas. Influenced by external factors such as lack of training resources and imperfect support system, this study innovatively constructed the professional competence fr amework of kindergarten teachers, providing a clear direction and basis for teachers' pre-service training and in-service training. The study suggests comprehensive policies from the aspects of policy support, resource allocation and practical guidance to comprehensively improve teachers' professional quality and education quality, providing theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the in-depth implementation of integrated education in preschool education.
