摘  要

  随着学前教育事业的快速发展,幼儿园园长作为幼儿园管理的核心人物,其领导力对幼儿园整体发展质量具有决定性影响。本研究以幼儿园园长领导力为切入点,探讨园长领导力的内涵及其提升路径研究。幼儿园园长领导力不仅涵盖专业素养、决策能力、沟通协调能力等核心要素,还涉及文化引领、情感关怀以及创新意识等关键维度此外,当前园长领导力存在区域差异显著、培训体系不够完善等问题针对上述问题,本研究提出了构建多层次培训体系、优化评价机制、强化实践反思等具体提升路径。本研究的创新点在于将园长领导力置于学前教育高质量发展的宏观背景下进行审视,并首次系统地归纳了园长领导力的多维结构框架,主要贡献在于填补了国内关于园长领导力系统研究的空白,为提升幼儿园管理水平和促进学前教育事业发展提供了重要参考。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of preschool education, as the core figure of kindergarten management, the leadership of kindergarten principal has a decisive impact on the overall development quality of kindergarten. This study takes the leadership of kindergarten principals as the starting point to explore the connotation of the leadership of kindergarten principals and its improvement path. Kindergarten principal leadership not only covers core elements such as professionalism, decision-making ability, communication and coordination ability, but also involves key dimensions such as cultural guidance, emotional care and innovative awareness. In addition, there are significant regional differences in kindergarten principal leadership at present, and the training system is not perfect. This study puts forward concrete improvement paths such as constructing multi-level training system, optimizing evaluation mechanism and strengthening practice reflection. The innovation of this study is to examine the leadership of principals in the macro context of the high-quality development of preschool education, and systematically summarize the multidimensional structural fr amework of the leadership of principals for the first time. The main contribution is to fill the gap in the systematic research on the leadership of principals in China, and provide an important reference for improving the management level of kindergartens and promoting the development of preschool education.
