摘  要

  随着社会对学前教育公平性的日益关注,如何在幼儿园教育中平衡公平与差异原则成为亟待解决的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨幼儿园教育中公平与差异原则的内涵及其相互关系,并提出有效的实践路径。尽管公平原则强调教育资源的均等分配,但忽视个体差异可能导致教育效果的不平等;而差异原则虽注重因材施教,却可能引发资源分配不公的问题。本研究提出了一种“动态平衡”模式,即在确保基本教育资源公平分配的基础上,灵活调整以满足儿童个性化需求。通过优化资源配置机制、加强教师培训以及构建家校合作体系,可以有效促进公平与差异原则的协调统一。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了公平与差异原则的辩证关系,并为幼儿园教育实践提供了可操作的解决方案,为推动学前教育高质量发展奠定了基础。

Abstract

  With the increasing attention of the society to the fairness of preschool education, how to balance the principle of fairness and difference in kindergarten education has become an important issue to be solved urgently. The purpose of this study is to explore the connotation and interrelationship of the principles of equity and difference in kindergarten education, and to propose effective ways of practice. Although the principle of equity emphasizes equal distribution of educational resources, ignoring individual differences may lead to unequal educational effects. Although the difference principle focuses on teaching students according to their aptitude, it may cause the problem of unfair allocation of resources. This study proposes a "dynamic balance" model, that is, on the basis of ensuring the fair distribution of basic educational resources, flexibly adjust to meet the individual needs of children. By optimizing resource allocation mechanism, strengthening teacher training and constructing home-school cooperation system, we can effectively promote the coordination and unification of the principle of equity and difference. The main contribution of this study is to clarify the dialectical relationship between the principle of equity and difference, and provide an operable solution for kindergarten education practice, laying a foundation for promoting the high-quality development of preschool education.
